From Naples to London: comparing tax systems

UK Trade & Investment and the Association of Chartered Accountants of Naples (OCDEC) organise a joint event aimed to promote Italian investment into the UK.

The conference “From Naples to London: comparing tax systems” will be held on 28 November 2013, from 9.00am to 1.30pm, at the headquarters of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Naples (ODCEC) in 30, Piazza dei Martiri, Naples. The aim of the seminar is to compare the Italian and British tax systems, focusing on the most relevant regulations for the Italian business community.

The event, promoted by the UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) team of the British Embassy in Naples and ODCEC also involves:

The President of ODCEC Vincenzo Moretta and two representatives of the International and European Taxation Committee, Emmanuele Carandente and Elio Gambardella, will welcome the guests and the local business community.

The seminar is among the UKTI activities included in the GREAT Campaign launched by the UK government. It targets business, one of the main pillars of the Campaign.

Speakers

Key speakers include:

  • Danielle Allen, Deputy Consul General in Milan & Deputy Director of UKTI for Italy
  • Ines Montella, Head of UKTI section in Naples
  • Salvatore Tramontano, Regional Secretary of BCCI and moderator of the event

The three speakers will introduce UKTI & BCCI activities aimed to generate investment and strengthen business relationships between British and Italian companies.

The two representatives from Laggan & Associates Ltd, Filippo Tenderini and Enrico Corazza, will discuss the legal and fiscal aspects related to corporate and real estate investment in the UK.
