Foreign Secretary James Cleverly met UAE Foreign Minister His Highness Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan during his visit to the United Nations General Assembly.

The Foreign Secretary met the UAE Foreign Minister, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, today at the UN General Assembly in New York.
The Foreign Secretary praised the strength of the bilateral partnership, building on the 2 countries’ inaugural Strategic Dialogue held in London earlier this year. He welcomed continued cooperation in tackling global challenges and supporting regional security.
Both looked forward to the UAE’s hosting of COP28 later this year, and noted the opportunity to extend bilateral cooperation, building on our collaboration in the UN Security Council.
