Details of a batch recall alert for Flukiver 5% w/v Oral Suspension (Vm 00879/4180) by Elanco Europe Ltd.
We wish to make wholesalers aware that Elanco has initiated a Class III batch recall of Flukiver 5% w/v Oral Suspension for batch 22FQ211 with immediate effect.
The reason for the recall is that the lot number on this batch is incorrect.
Elanco is contacting wholesalers to examine inventory immediately and quarantine products subject to this recall.
