Fieldwork begins for Employer Investment Fund and Growth and Innovation Fund survey

Fieldwork is now underway for the UK Commission for Employment and Skills' (UKCES) Employer Investment Fund and Growth and Innovation Fund survey

Employer interviews are now underway for the UK Commission for Employment and Skills’ (UKCES) Employer Investment Fund (EIF) and Growth and Innovation Fund (GIF) survey.

The survey will help assess the impact of EIF and GIF by talking to more than 2,500 UK employers who received services funded by these initiatives, and 1,500 employers who did not. Topics covered by the interview include general questions about the employer (such as firm size and sector), skills challenges, provision of training and recruitment activity, as well as questions about EIF and GIF-funded services and support among employers who received them.

Research for the survey is being conducted by Ipsos MORI on behalf of UKCES. More information about the survey and full evaluation programme can be found on the Ipsos MORI microsite.
