The High Commission, through UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) also conducts other activities designed to increase bilateral trade between the UK and Uganda. For instance, UKTI helps organise trade missions for different UK businesses to Uganda and assists individual UK firms on specific market access issues. UKTI also offers expertise and contacts through its extensive network of specialists in the UK and at the British High Commission in Kampala and other regional British diplomatic missions. It provides companies with the tools they require to be competitive on the world stage.

The UKTI “Exporting to Uganda” guide provides further details on Uganda’s economy, business culture, potential opportunities and other relevant business support.
