Death of former Prime Minister Baroness Thatcher

A condolence book has been opened at the British Embassy, Kathmandu, for people to leave their tributes to Baroness Thatcher.

Baroness Thatcher (1925-2013) has died at the age of 87. She was Prime Minister from 1979-1990 - the first woman to hold the position.

A condolence book has been opened at the British Embassy, Kathmandu, for people to leave their tributes to Baroness Thatcher. It will be open until midday on Friday 12 April.
