DBS research 2016

During April, Ipsos MORI will contact some of you on our behalf to ask about your experiences of using our services, and for your opinions to help us evaluate and develop new services.

Our survey will focus on how we deliver services, what your needs are, the impacts our services have and customer satisfaction overall.

Please take part if you are invited to. Learning about your experiences and understanding your needs is very important to us.

We are committed to excellent customer satisfaction and aim to adapt to your changing needs, using your feedback to inform improvement, new development and decision making.

We look forward to telling you how the survey went and what plans we have in the coming months.
