Crime news: emailing of rep orders starts 30 August 2016

Reminder that representation orders and refusal notices are now being emailed.

No longer current government policy/activity.

Providers are now being emailed representation orders for successful criminal legal aid applications and refusal notices for failed applications.

This change means that you will receive a copy of the representation order/refusal notice sooner.

It is one of a number of changes we’re working on to improve our processes.
