Contacting our London office on Friday 1 November

Our London office is moving and calls to that location will be temporarily unavailable.


Owing to essential works to our telephony system there will be periods of disruption when customers will be unable to contact the Official Receiver’s office on Friday, 1 November 2019.

Customers are advised to call back on Monday. If you have an urgent need to contact the Official Receiver please call our enquiry line.

Insolvency enquiry line

For information about the insolvency process contact the Insolvency Enquiry Line during office hours. Open 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 1pm on Friday. We can give you general information about: insolvency, what official receivers do and where you can go to get the information or advice you need.

We can’t give you: legal or financial advice, information on specific insolvency cases, information or advice on matters directly relating to other government departments.

Telephone lines will reopen on Monday 4 November at 9am.
