Consultation on proposed changes to CQC legislation
The Government is seeking your views on a number of proposed changes to regulations for the Care Quality Commission registration.
The proposals outlined in the consultation document include changes that will improve the effectiveness of current regulatory arrangements for health and social care and reduce the burden on providers.
