Civil news: training available for VHCC care case payments
Book now to learn how to claim under the new fixed fee model which starts on 1 October 2015.
You can now book an online training session to familiarise yourself with the new fixed fee model being introduced for the Very High Cost Case (VHCC) Care Case Fee Scheme (CCFS).

This will help you to prepare for the new scheme for one advocate or solicitor-advocate, which we publicised on 4 August 2015 – see link below.
The CCFS is being simplified so that from 1 October 2015 there is:
- one combined case plan and claim form
- online calculator to help cost your claim
