We have made an improvement to the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS).
This was put in place over the August 2015 bank holiday weekend and builds on enhancements already made during the summer.
You can now make the following amendments while another amendment is in progress:
- amend provider details
- amend the case correspondence address
- allocate and assign costs to an advocate

CCMS.firstname.lastname@example.org – to email questions or feedback about CCMS enhancements
