Civil news: expressions of interest for welfare benefits services
Expressions of interest opened on 24 March 2016 to deliver welfare benefits services from 1 November 2016.
We are inviting expressions of interest from organisations interested in delivering legal aid welfare benefits services.
These would be delivered under the new 2016 Standard Civil Contract (Welfare Benefits) from 1 November 2016 in the North and/or the South West & Wales procurement areas.
The deadline for submitting an expression of interest is 12 noon on 14 April 2016.
The ‘Expression of Interest’ form is available on the tender pages of the.UK website. This must be completed and returned by email to civil.contracts@legalaid.gsi.gov.uk by 12 noon on 14 April 2016.
This process is open to any organisation that can meet our requirements. Organisations do not need to have an existing legal aid contract to be able to respond to this opportunity.
Organisations who submit an expression of interest by the deadline will be invited to submit a tender.
