CICA will be closed between 1pm on Wednesday 24 December and 8.30am on Monday 29 December.

Our helpline will be open from 8.30am to 5pm on 29 and 30 December, and from 10am to 3pm on 31 December.

We return to our standard opening hours on Monday 5 January 2015.
