Changes to visa services provided by British Embassy Latvia
Delay in our new commercial partner opening their new UK Visa Application Centre
UK Visas and Immigration regret to inform our customers that there has been a delay in our new commercial partner, Teleperformance Ltd, opening their new UK Visa Application Centre, located at the Regus Business Centre, Terbatas iela 14-2, Riga.
Applications for United Kingdom visas may still be submitted via Visa4UK and an appointment booked as normal. However, applicants are kindly requested to visit the British Embassy at their appointed time, to lodge their application.

All applicants who have currently booked an appointment at the Teleperformance application centre will be contacted, and asked to attend the British Embassy in Riga at the allotted time. Applicants who have paid the user pay fee to use the Teleperformance clinic will be refunded the user pay fee.
UK Visas and Immigration, and Teleperformance Ltd, who are now planning for the new Visa Application Centre to open in Riga on 7 April 2014, would like to apologise to our customers for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
