Changes to the UK Visa Application Process in Belarus

From 18 June UKVI's new commercial partner Teleperformance Ltd will assume responsibility for visa application receipt in Belarus.

UK Visas & Immigration’s new commercial partner Teleperformance Ltd will assume responsibility for the running of the UK Visa Application Centre in Minsk on 18 June 2014 and the Visa Application Centre will move temporarily to:

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 15:00; Friday 11:30 to 15:00; Excluding public holidays

Further details on all of the services, including eligibility criteria, will be available on the Teleperformance Website.

To facilitate the transfer of responsibilities to Teleperformance, the Visa Application Centre will be closed on Monday 16 June and Tuesday 17 June. For those applicants who have applied prior to this date, passports will be available for collection at the British Embassy until 27 June 2014. Applicants should only come to the Embassy once notified that their passport is available for collection.

UK Visas & Immigration aim to ensure that all applicants are able to secure an appointment at the Visa Application Centre within five working days. Standard application processing is 15 working days for non-settlement applications and three months for settlement applications.
