Budget air operator folds

Kiss Flights ceases trading, but the Civil Aviation Authority says customers with flights will be able to complete holidays.

London-based travel company Flight Options Limited, trading principally as Kiss Flights, ceased trading on Tuesday 17 August.

All of its customers with flights, or flights and accommodation packages, will be able to complete their holidays and return to the UK due to the protection offered by the ATOL scheme, which is run by the Civil Aviation Authority.

Flight Options customers can find more information on the ATOL scheme and how it applies to them on the CAA’s website.

Flight Options customers who are currently abroad and experiencing difficulties should contact the CAA for more information on 0044 161 444 5811 (or 011 44 161 444 5811 from North America and parts of the Caribbean).
