British Embassy Prague Open Day

On Saturday 31 May from 10.00am untill 5.00pm the British Embassy in Prague will open its premises to members of the public.

For the first time in history, you will get the chance to visit the Thun Palace and see the rooms where Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles and Margaret Thatcher stayed. You will be also able to spend a relaxing time in the Embassy garden which is hidden right under Prague Castle.

Apart from the tour, the Embassy will also provide an entertaining programme. You can look forward to:

  • Tasting British food and drinks
  • A performance by the Prague Shakespeare Company
  • A Flamenco concert by Craig Sutton
  • Performances by students from British Schools in Prague
  • A bit of physical exercise with Brompton bikes and with trainers from Holmes Place Fitness Centre
  • Games and competitions for prizes

Entrance to the event is free.
