Australia travel advice - Flooding in Victoria and Queensland

Flood warnings have been issued for many areas of Victoria. People in affected areas should keep up to date with local media and emergency services.

British nationals in Victoria requiring consular assistance should contact the British Consulate-General in Melbourne on (03) 9652 1600.


Queensland is now primarily in clean-up and recovery mode following the flood crisis. The British Consulate in Brisbane re-opened on 24 January.
