Appointments to the Insolvency Rules Committee (IRC)

The Justice Secretary has appointed Susan Moore as the Solicitor Member and Catherine Addy and Paul French as Additional Barrister Members of the IRC for three years commencing March 2013.

The Justice Secretary in consultation with the Chancellor of the High Court (on behalf of the Lord Chief Justice) has appointed Susan Moore as the Solicitor Member and Catherine Addy and Paul French as Additional Barrister Members of the IRC for three years commencing March 2013.

The appointment have been conducted in accordance with the Commissioner for Public Appointments’ Code of Practice on appointments to Public Bodies.
