Ambassador laid flowers at the Eternal Flame in Brest Fortress

On the 13th of November Her Majesty’s Ambassador Bruce Bucknell made his first official visit to Brest and Brest region. He met with the Head of Brest Regional Executive Committee Mr. Konstantin Sumar, faculty and students of Brest State Pushkin University, and visited a factory in Kobryn, which operates as a part of Brest Free Economic Zone.

Ambassador also visited the Brest fortress, where he learned about its history and the important role it played during WWII.
