A rapid review of the National Child Measurement Programme

In spring 2011, we commissioned the Thomas Coram Research Unit to undertake an independent review of the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP).

This was published under the 2010 to 2015 Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government

Its aim was to take stock of progress and challenges faced by the programme since its launch in 2005, drawing together new and existing information and reflecting on how the NCMP could be improved, particularly in light of the new public health arrangements within which the programme will in the future be operating.
