SME Digital Adoption Taskforce
The SME Digital Adoption Taskforce is an industry-led group, set up to explore how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can be supported to better adopt digital technology to improve their productivity.
The SME Digital Adoption Taskforce brings industry stakeholders together to address digital adoption barriers amongst SMEs.
The taskforce provides a forum for the government to work with the private sector to develop and deliver an action plan to support SMEs.
Their focus is on mass-market, basic digital technology (such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, resource planning software or e-commerce tools).
The taskforce has published an update on digital adoption work relating to the taskforce and its 10 recommendations to help small businesses adopt digital technologies.
