Consultation description

This consultation seeks views on proposed amendments to judicial pension legislation, including JPS22, FPJPS, the Judicial Pensions Regulations 1995 and the Judicial Pensions Order 2015. The changes are intended to address policy, operational and technical issues and ensure the legislation continues to operate effectively.

The consultation is aimed primarily at judicial office holders who are eligible for membership of a judicial pension scheme, although responses are welcomed from anyone with an interest in judicial pensions. Responses will inform the government’s final decisions on the proposed changes.
