Consultation description

This consultation arises from the decision in ‘Wyldecrest’ that the Tribunal does not have power under the Property Chamber Rules, and specifically under Rule 7 (6), to direct a party to send out the tribunal’s directions to the other parties.

The Tribunal Procedure Committee welcomes views on possible changes to the Property Chamber Rules.
