Consultation description

The consultation document outlined the amendments the department is proposing to make in order to harmonise, simplify and consolidate the regulations which require pension schemes to disclose information to members and others.

Who was this consultation is aimed at

We welcomed comments on the draft regulations from pension industry professionals, pension schemes, trustees, industry, pension scheme members and member representative organisations, but we were interested in views from any source.
