We received 112 response to this consultation. We will hold stakeholder workshops in July and August. We’ll use these to set out the controls for Medium Combustion Plants and generators, and develop the approach for their implementation. The legal instrument will be laid in parliament in the Autumn.

We are seeking your views about our proposed approach for implementing the Medium Combustion Plant Directive and regulating emissions from generators in England and Wales.
