Consultation description
The Register of Consultant Lobbyists requires anyone who lobbies on behalf of a third party to:
- give the names of their clients
- declare whether or not they subscribe to a relevant code of conduct
The Registrar of Consultant Lobbyists will publish guidance to help potential registrants understand whether or not they have to join the Register. This consultation asked for views on the guidance that will be issued and the information that registrants need to provide.
