Consultation description

Directive 2012/34/EU1 moves the economic regulation of the Channel Tunnel under the joint responsibility of ARAF and Office of Rail and Road (ORR), respectively. To help with co-operation, the 2 authorities have created a bi-national committee.

One of the bi-national committee’s tasks is to review and prepare an opinion on Eurotunnel’s 2017 network statement.

We invite you to provide views on the network statement, explaining where you would like to see changes.
