This consultation seeks views on the Office of Rail and Road’s proposed approach to the enforcement of competition prohibitions in:

  • the Competition Act 1998 (the Act)
  • the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU)

It also seeks feedback on how these prohibitions will be applied in the railways sector.
