Consultation description

The coach industry complies with a voluntary code of practice when taking passengers to designated sporting events. The guidelines are set by the police in England and Wales. They have asked the traffic commissioners to revise the guidelines, which has taken place in conjunction with trade bodies.

The revised guidelines are the subject of this consultation.
