Consultation description

A review of 21 Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (‘the CROW Act’) Indefinite Section 28 Directions on the Ministry of Defence estate was carried out in 2012.

Indefinite Section 28 Directions are required on some sites to ensure they are exempt from the access requirements of the CROW Act, enabling safe public access alongside the military requirement.
