Consultation description
This consultation sets out the government’s approach to simplifying the Corporate Tax system to support business investment, growth and competitiveness. It identifies areas where stakeholders have raised concerns about complexity, uncertainty and administrative burdens, and explores opportunities for targeted reform. Over the next year, the government will work with stakeholders to develop, prioritise and deliver impactful simplification, refining and testing options before developing detailed proposals for the highest-priority areas.
