Consultation description

With changes in legislation, documentation and practice, and changes to organisations which serve the interests of persons with reduced mobility, the original version of MGN 306(M) Designing and Operating Smaller Passenger Vessels: Guidance on meeting the needs of persons with reduced mobility has become outdated in some areas. The MCA is therefore seeking to publish an Amended version of the MGN, and is consulting to obtain the views of interested parties.
