As of July 2011 the ‘Quarterly civilian publication’ CPS01 ceased publication. It has been replaced by the Quarterly civilian personnel report (QCPR) which is a more informative expanded product.

Key developments include:

  • a summary of key points and trends
  • more detail on the sources of data and their strengths and weaknesses
  • a comprehensive glossary of terms used
  • graphical presentation of time-series data

No information has been lost to users, with all information previously available in CPS01 is available in the QCPR.
