Consultation description
The government intends to implement and ratify the Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances. This call for views seeks your input on how we should do so, especially for the optional elements of the Treaty. We are particularly interested in any evidence you can provide in support of your comments. This will help us better understand the issues raised by the Treaty.
The call for views summarises the main provisions of the Treaty. It then sets out questions on certain issues where we are seeking your evidence and views.
