This report examines the balance of competences between the European Union and the United Kingdom in the area of asylum and non-EU migration, and is led by the Home Office.
Detail of feedback received
We received a number of submissions to the Asylum and immigration call for evidence. The submissions, which were received from a broad range of stakeholders, were either in writing or oral. We also conducted a literature review of relevant material.
