Consultation description

This consultation seeks your views on the government’s proposals to abolish the Committee on Agricultural Valuation by means of an order under the Public Bodies Act 2011.

The Committee on Agricultural Valuation is a defunct body, which has not met for several years. Its functions are now carried out by the Tenancy Reform Industry Group (TRIG), a non-statutory organization.
