Terms and conditions of use

In downloading any element of the Homes England brand and site signage templates you are agreeing to adhere to the following terms and conditions of use:

  1. You shall only use the logo and other brand devices in accordance with the brand guidelines
  2. You shall not use the logo and other brand devices in any way which may damage the reputation of the Agency
  3. You shall immediately cease any use (including any use for the reason for use) upon request from Homes England and
  4. You acknowledge that the logo is the property of Homes England and the other brand devices is the property of Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government and Cabinet Office respectively. The grant of this licence does not confer any form of proprietary right in the logo and other brand devices to you or any third party.
