Details

The ‘Staying Put’ family placement programme pilot began in 11 local authorities in July 2008 and ended in March 2011. The Staying Put programme is for young people who have ‘established familial relationships’ with their foster carers. It offers this group the opportunity to remain with their carers until they reach the age of 21.
