Letters to registered providers: Regulation fees
The regulator writes to all private registered providers with details about annual regulation fees
The Regulator of Social Housing introduced fees from 1 October 2017. Its fee-charging powers are set out in section 117 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008.
