This is a collection of the Joint Statements from the biannual Joint UK-EU Financial Regulatory Forum between HM Treasury and the European Commission and involving representatives from their respective supervisory authorities. These documents are released following each EU-UK Forum and reflect the topics that were discussed in relation to financial regulatory issues of mutual interest. The EU-UK Forum was established following the signing of the UK-EU Memorandum of Understanding on Financial Services Cooperation on 27 June 2023.
