The Code of Practice under Section 45 of the Freedom of Information Act, 2000 states that public authorities with over 100 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) employees should, as a matter of best practice, publish details of their performance on handling requests for information under the Act. This is a collection of compliance statistics for GAD to comply with this Code of Practice.
