Future control room services scheme

Summary of control room improvement plans by fire and rescue authorities in England.

Following a consultation in January 2011, the Department for Communities and Local Government agreed to provide funding to improve fire control rooms.

These progress reports provide a summary of the improvements being made by each project.

On 5 January 2016 responsibility for fire and rescue policy transferred from the Department for Communities and Local Government to the Home Office.
