Oldham Boxing and Personal Development Centre has been saved from relocation following £550,000 funding from the Community Ownership Fund.

Built in 1874, Victoria House has been used as a Boxing and Personal Development centre since 2013. In recent years, the centre has fallen into disrepair and was facing relocation. This crucial investment will ensure that the centre can continue its vital services.
The centre offers:
- fitness and wellbeing opportunities for its community
- support to vulnerable young people
Restoration of the building
The funding will:
- preserve its original features
- repair the historic building
