1. Supply a return for a street collection
Following a street collection, a statement of account specifying the monies raised from the collection and how those proceeds were distributed must be supplied to us within one month of the collection date. A qualified accountant will need to sign this form to confirm that the return is a true account of the collection. Please ensure that they sign before submitting as incomplete returns will not be accepted. Details of the collection must also be published in a local newspaper/publication - please contact the licensing team for further information regarding this requirement.
