Apply for this licence
If you operate a residential family centre in Northern Ireland, you must comply with The Residential Family Centres Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 and be registered with the Health and Social Care Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA).
If you wish to operate or manage more than one agency, you must make a separate application for each agency.
Failure to comply with the requirements might constitute an offence.
