1. Application for off shore renewables

Marine Scotland regulates the deposit of substances/articles in the sea within UK waters adjacent to Scotland. This is required under the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010. Materials should not be deposited permanently or temporarily below the tidal level of Mean High Water Springs without a Marine Licence. Amongst others, licensable activities include: sea disposal of dredgings construction projects installation of marine renewable devices
