Contact HMRC if your business is covered by the Money Laundering Regulations and you have a question about money laundering, or you want to make a money laundering disclosure.

Report tax fraud or avoidance to HMRC
Use this online service to report:
- a business that should be registered with HMRC but is not
- breaches of the Money Laundering Regulations
Ask HMRC’s digital assistant to find information about:
- what anti-money laundering is
- registering for anti-money laundering
- reporting businesses you suspect are not registered
Email HMRC if your business is covered by the Money Laundering Regulations and you have a question about money laundering, or you want to make a money laundering disclosure: MLRCIT@hmrc.gov.uk
If HMRC needs to contact you about anything confidential they’ll reply by phone or post.
