Abstract

This report explores a range of websites and apps that people in the UK use to watch and share videos online. Although we refer to the services broadly under the term ‘video sharing platforms’ (VSPs) and other related terms, this report does not seek to identify which services will fall into Ofcom’s regulatory remit, nor to pre-determine whether any particular service we refer to would be classed as a VSP under the regulatory definition.
